Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, make machine adjustments, perform inspections, and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Edit CNC programs and adjust machine settings as needed
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools
• Make tool changes and set machine offsets
• Deburr and finish parts to meet quality requirements
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Work with production, quality, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of CNC Mill Machinist experience
• Strong CNC mill setup and operation skills
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Experience editing CNC programs (G & M codes)
• Skilled with measuring and inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience machining medical device parts
• Familiarity with ISO manufacturing environments
• Experience with modern CNC machines and automation

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
