Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Role: Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, providing full-time day shift coverage with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: Serve as a healthcare team leader by establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care. Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey, while ensuring care management aligns with policies and procedures. Qualifications And Skills: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; valid RN licensure in the appropriate state. One year of relevant experience preferred. Ability to apply scientific evidence, demonstrate accountability, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
