3rd shift - Sunday night-Thursday night: 10pm-6am

$21.79 + shift differential based on shift totaling $22.79 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Press Room Operator I, you'll be part of our team located in Willard, OH. You'll get to: Responsibilities / Authority:

Who You Are

• Operation of manual presses and proper stacking of parts.
• Understand and ensure the safe operation of the presses and other similar equipment.
• Abide by all SBD Willard safety policies.
• Follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Demonstrate understanding of equipment by completion of 30 day training form.
• Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical understanding is preferred.
• Must complete all required safety training.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Must be able read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
