Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) on a full-time contract basis. You'll play a vital part in helping children and adolescents in grades Pre K through 12 achieve their communication goals across a variety of school sites in the Jacksonville, FL area. This on-site, itinerant position offers a dynamic caseload (estimated at 60 students) with mild to moderate needs, allowing you to have a meaningful impact with diverse student groups.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current FL Department of Health SLP Licensure (CCC required)
• Previous experience in educational settings strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of assessments, IEP development, and therapy planning
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable traveling between school locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students ages Pre K-12, adapting to each individual’s needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapy targeting receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language, articulation, fluency, and voice goals
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain compliance with all district and state requirements
