What You'll Earn

$50,000 – $100,000+ in annual earning potential

• Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission on delivered sales.

• Your performance drives your earning potential, with no commission cap.

• Create exceptional customer experiences by making every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in their purchase.

• Help customers love their homes by guiding them through furniture and home accessory selections that fit their style, needs, and budget.

• Build meaningful relationships through genuine conversations, thoughtful recommendations, and a consultative sales approach.

• Drive your success by meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.

• Become a product expert through hands-on training and continued learning.

• Support your team by helping maintain an inviting showroom and contributing to a positive, energetic work environment.
