Role Overview The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on custom development, scripting, integrations, and advanced configuration to support IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM) and other ServiceNow modules. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom solutions using best practices. Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer actions, and integrations. Why It Might Be a Fit Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Strong experience scripting in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes and modules Experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL Foundation or higher #J-18808-Ljbffr Fellowship of Christian Athletes
