Job Details Job ID: J52451 Job Title: SOURCING ANALYST Location: Norwalk, CT Duration: 12 Months + Extension Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, OPT‑EAD, CPT, H‑1B, H4‑EAD, L2‑EAD, GC‑EAD Client: To Be Discussed Later Employment Type: W‑2, 1099, C2C Responsibilities Provide analytic support to Supply Chain Sourcing Specialists, including data mining for opportunity assessment and support of sourcing initiatives (RFP data elements and evaluation). Develop, maintain, and manage standardized reporting and tracking tools including Metric Dashboards, KPI tracking, Workplan tracking and maintenance. Responsible for maintaining savings tracking and liaison with Finance/Accounting staff to assure accurate savings/impact analysis and documentation. Coordinate with various internal groups to ensure accuracy and availability of data sources, including assessment of departmental level supply utilization highlighting variances and opportunities. Interface and coordinate with various 3rd party services (e.g., Vizient, Captis, GHX, ECRI, etc.) to assure accuracy of data submissions and requests, maximizing effective utilization of those tools. Analyze indirect spend data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and sourcing priorities. Analyze information, prepare reports and presentations to support Category Managers in negotiations and projects. Support research for new suppliers when needed. Support RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations. Maintain supplier performance dashboards and track KPIs. Assist in the development of category strategies, procurement policies, and supplier vetting and rationalization initiatives.
