Restaurant General Manager — People, Profit, Hospitality

Shake Shack

Shake Shack in Bay Village, Ohio is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional hospitality. You will manage inventory, quality and safety, drive sales, and meet financial targets while upholding brand standards and local health codes. The role requires 3+ years of GM experience in a high-volume setting, strong leadership, and the ability to train and develop teams across all Shack operations.
