Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Days, 05:45 AM - 06:15 PM

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain a safe and effective environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Communicate with patients and their families regarding care plans and updates.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current and valid RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry setting.
• Experience with wound care is preferred.
