Branch Wholesale Product Specialist

Job Description The role is a Wholesale Product Specialist for Sherwin‑Williams, located at Store #1974, 3425 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The specialist serves commercial paint customers, providing product recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures Maintain precise work order files Tint and mix products as required to customer specifications Clean store equipment Assist with deliveries as needed Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options Suggest ways to improve sales performance Minimum Requirements At least eighteen (18) years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Valid, unrestricted driver's license Physically able to retrieve material from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer‑service role Experience selling paint or paint‑related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish Benefits Benefits offered to employees include health care, retirement, and other company benefits.
