HR Data Analyst

Job Description Analyze HR data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities Build dashboards and reports to visualize workforce insights Partner with HR leadership to support strategic decision-making Maintain and monitor HR data quality and integrity across systems Support HR data governance initiatives and reporting standards Conduct ad hoc analysis for workforce planning and organizational changes Present insights and recommendations to leadership Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams on system integrations and data alignment Train stakeholders on reporting tools, metrics, and data interpretation Assist with automation and development of advanced analytics capabilities We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
