She requires assistance getting out of bed, assistance with toileting and changing, transfer assistance (min to mod assist), helping pick up her breakfast or bringing her down to the dining room. She lives in an independent living facility, and you would be providing 1:1 care for this client only. An HCA is required and experience with Parkinson's Disease is preferred.
