Inserter Operator I Positions
We are hiring for Inserter Operator I positions in Minneapolis. This role is ideal for individuals interested in hands-on manufacturing and mailing operations work.
Job Summary:
The Inserter Operator I is responsible for operating inserting equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Read and follow job instructions and work tickets
- Operate inserting equipment safely and efficiently
- Sort and prepare mail accurately
- Complete production documentation
- Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
3-6 months of previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic math and reading skills
Must pass a background check
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for most of the shift
Lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
Frequent use of hands and arms
Work Environment:
Production setting with moderate to loud noise levels and industrial equipment exposure.
Hours:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Compensation:
$17.00 - $20.00 / Hourly
