TOWNHOUSE MAINTENANCE

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Person to manage and maintain our 100-unit townhouse property. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance, working independently to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and fully operational. This position demands a diverse technical skill set, strong problem-solving ability, and dedication to delivering exceptional tenant service.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Conduct repairs on small appliances
Keep the property free of litter and maintain cleanliness standards
Rehab units after tenant move-outs for prompt re-occupancy
Maintain accurate maintenance records using both digital and manual systems
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Provide after-hours on-call availability for urgent maintenance issues

Required Qualifications

5+ years of apartment maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Proficiency in HVAC maintenance and appliance repair
Strong property maintenance and carpentry skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
