This position is ideal for qualified professionals holding licenses as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). You will play a crucial role in providing essential mental health services to individuals and families through a remote telehealth platform.

Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role provides immense flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with clients and team members through our user-friendly telehealth platform. The organization operates Monday through Saturday, providing clients access to care during convenient hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement clinical interventions based on established evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients.
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members by documenting treatment strategies and collaborating during team meetings to ensure cohesive care.
  • Manage case loads, providing ongoing support and monitoring progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Ensure timely and ethical completion of all documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied patient population, encompassing individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role will empower clients, offering compassionate support as they navigate their mental health journeys through personalized and goal-oriented therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

  • State licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is necessary, and a Master’s degree is preferable.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of 10 to 40 hours per week based on client demand.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with telehealth practices and platforms is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care and community resource referrals.
  • Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities beyond CBT is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and professional credentials. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
