About the Role

We're looking for a highly-organised, creative and energetic Field Marketing Manager to build and run an events and field programme that drives pipeline and strengthens relationships with key target accounts. You'll own the strategy and execution of all events including large tradeshows, intimate executive dinners and customer-led webinars. What You'll Do

• Build a global events programme from scratch, with a focus on both strategy and execution
• Plan and execute a range of event formats including trade shows, executive dinners, hosted events and webinars
• Ensure events run smoothly end-to-end, including proactive pre-event outreach, flawless event days and commercially-driven post-event follow-up
• Track and report on pipeline, ROI and lead conversion metrics
• Use events performance data to inform investment decisions and continuously improve the events programme
• Build engaging and memorable experiences that position Beam as a leader in our target verticals
• Own swag and merch, from working with designers to couriers, so our team and partners are always looking sharp and on-brand
• Support with copy, social media email campaigns, and other creative content surrounding the events programme

Who You Are

• 3+ years of field or event marketing at a B2B tech company
• Highly organised - you can run multiple programmes simultaneously, without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where things aren't always figured out yet
• Enjoys travelling to and hosting events
