Job Title Visual Designer Location Houston, TX (Hybrid: Monday-Thursday onsite) Duration / Type Contract (TBD) About the Role Seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join an in-house creative and digital marketing team supporting multiple energy brands. This person will create customer-focused experiences across web, email, social, video, print, paid media, and emerging digital channels. The role partners closely with marketing, development, SEO, personalization, operations, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design capabilities with hands-on digital execution experience and is comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments. Must-Have Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment Strong visual design, UI, and digital experience design expertise Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro Experience with Figma Experience creating assets for: Websites Email campaigns Social media Paid media/display advertising Video Print Understanding of: Responsive design Accessibility (WCAG) User Experience (UX) Digital marketing best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Portfolio demonstrating digital and integrated marketing work Preferred Qualifications Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and conversion optimization Experience supporting A/B testing and personalization initiatives Familiarity with AI creative tools: Adobe Firefly Adobe GenStudio Similar generative AI platforms Bachelor's degree preferred Key Responsibilities Design creative assets across web, email, social, mobile, print, video, events, and customer communications Create engaging digital experiences, landing pages, and marketing campaigns Support website creation and content updates within AEM Design responsive experiences aligned with accessibility and usability standards Develop campaigns from concept through production and launch Produce banners, infographics, illustrations, animations, interactive content, and digital marketing assets Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Support personalization, optimization, and A/B testing programs Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback Leverage AI-enabled creative tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative output Top Skills for Screening Visual Design UI/UX Design Adobe Creative Cloud Figma Digital Marketing Design Responsive Web Design AEM Accessibility (WCAG) SEO / Conversion Optimization AI Creative Tools (Firefly, GenStudio) Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
