Mountain Vista Senior Living is hiring a Dietary Aide to support dining services within our community. This role offers competitive pay, a consistent part-time evening schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' daily experience.

• Competitive Pay: $18.81–$23.51/hour + credit for experience
• Schedule Options Available:
  • Full-Time: 32–40 hours per week with a combination of opening and closing shifts
  • Part-Time: 12–20 hours per week, working 4:00 PM–7:00 PM on weekdays and 8-hour shifts on weekends (when available).

What You'll Do

• Assist with meal preparation to support the kitchen team
• Set up the dining room to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
• Serve meals to residents and visitors in a timely and courteous manner
• Deliver meal trays to residents' rooms as needed
• Perform light prep cook tasks as assigned
• Support the overall dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Dining server or restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
