Registered Nurse - Med/SurgLocation Kennewick, WAAssignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule 12-hour day shifts from 06:30 to 19:00. Weekend hours: 2 weekend shifts required in a 2-week pay period.Job Description As a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to geriatric and adult populations. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities Patient assessment and monitoring Medication administration and titration Provide respiratory assessment and support Conduct EKG/Cardiac Monitoring Manage and support patients through complex diagnoses such as ETOH detox, Post PCI, DKA/HHS, and Cardiac conditionsRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license BLS and ACLS certifications are required (must have training in ACLS or a rhythm interpretation course) Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Experience with EKG/Cardiac Monitoring and respiratory assessment and supportWhy ARMStaffing?
