Role Description: The Registered Client Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Colchester, VT. This team member supports financial advisors by delivering high-quality client service, including handling inbound calls, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records. Daily responsibilities include preparing and processing account paperwork, meeting preparation and follow-up, assisting in financial planning data entry and completing investment transactions. The role also involves proactive outreach to clients regarding account updates, and service needs, while ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards. The associate collaborates closely with advisors and colleagues to enhance the overall client experience and support the smooth operation of the practice. Qualifications: Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills for direct interaction with clients and ongoing relationship support. Effective Customer Support and Communication skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and convey information clearly in verbal and written form. Finance knowledge to understand financial planning concepts, investment products, and account types. Relevant securities registration (such as FINRA Series 7 and 66 or equivalent) or the ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with office and CRM software are beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively in an advisory team environment and maintain confidentiality of client information is essential. Prior experience in a financial services, banking, or wealth management setting. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
