Tax Associate Attorney

Tax Associate Opportunity A well established and growing law firm is seeking a Tax Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing transactional tax practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in either renewable energy tax matters or corporate transactional tax work involving private equity mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions. This opportunity offers sophisticated deal exposure, meaningful responsibility, and long-term growth within a collaborative and highly respected legal team.
