Floor Care/Waxer Technician at National Maintenance Contractors L.L.C.

Shift: 5pm-1:30am Monday-Friday - 40 Hours/Week

Requirements:

• Applicants must use company phone app.
• You must be at or over 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak or understand English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Employee must wear non-slip shoes during working hours.
• Driver's license

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning and floor care is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Buffing hard floors
• Stripping and waxing tile
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Carpet Cleaning and extraction
