About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Marketing to be a key strategic and operational leader in shaping and amplifying its brand presence on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with growth priorities, client experience, and market position. This role demands a visionary who can transform insights into action, build a marketing function that connects the company's purpose, products, and people, and deliver compelling storytelling with measurable results. The SVP will also be a brand steward, leading the evolution of the global brand architecture, and will be at the forefront of growth and market expansion, developing integrated marketing strategies to support the company's objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in building and scaling global marketing functions. Strong expertise in brand management, digital strategy, demand generation, and communications is essential. The role requires a leader with deep demand generation expertise, hands-on experience with modern marketing technology and analytics, and a background in product, solutions, or portfolio marketing. The ideal candidate will have a global perspective, with experience in cross-cultural communication and team leadership, and a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans that drive measurable growth. Key success metrics for this role include increasing global brand awareness, driving revenue impact, and building a high-performing global marketing team.
