We are hiring for a 2nd Shift Operations Associate position supporting high-volume processing and operational workflows. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy staying busy, working independently, and being part of a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process, organize, sort, and prepare documents for operational workflows
- Perform data entry and routine processing tasks with strong accuracy
- Utilize operational equipment and systems to support daily production goals
- Review information carefully to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Work within a structured team environment while managing individual responsibilities
- Support general back-office and operational functions
What We're Looking For
- Previous operations, warehouse, administrative, production, banking, or data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
- 10-key/data entry experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
