Join our dynamic team supporting strategic operations and financial growth initiatives at Harvard University (UIFI / HBS Foundry). In this role, you will bridge operations, finance, and revenue-generating functions to help optimize business processes, streamline workflows, and enable scalable growth across B2B and B2C channels.

responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Elicit, analyze, and document core business and financial requirements across cross-functional teams.

Analyze current-state processes across people, process, and product to design efficient, scalable future-state workflows.

Support Revenue Operations (RevOps) and financial processes tailored to B2B and B2C e-commerce environments.

Create process flow diagrams, conceptual mockups, test cases, and scenario-based test plans to validate new solutions.

Serve as an operational Subject Matter Expert to support change management, deployment, and training.

qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Strong background in Business Operations and Financial Operations.

Proven experience with Revenue Operations (RevOps) in both B2B and B2C e-commerce environments.

Advanced proficiency in process flow diagramming, business writing, and MS Office tools.

Ability to work hybrid on-site in Cambridge, MA (must reside in Massachusetts).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Salesforce and Oracle ERP systems.

MBA or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
