Location: Bradenton, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 15:00 - 23:00, with every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a position at a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The RN will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care in accordance with established standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and postoperative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in an acute care or trauma setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
