No direct ABA experience? No problem we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a rewarding career.
Pay, Benefits & Perks
Competitive pay:
$20.00$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive $15.00 for each billable client hour worked
$14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
Fully paid training no experience required

Block Scheduling Our centralized scheduling team works to maximize hours and create consistency through multiple client opportunities.
Dedicated On-Site BCBA Support Work alongside an on-site BCBA who provides real-time clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in your role and grow professionally.
RBT Career Path Program
A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.
Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level
Position Details
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
MondayFriday between 11:00 AM 6:00 PM (20-25 hours weekly)
Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
Hours are not guaranteed
Start Date:
Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check
Make an Impact Every Day
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
Collect and record data to track client progress
Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
What We're Looking For
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Passion for helping children and families
Strong communication and teamwork skills
