Key Responsibilities Review and process patient billing information and insurance claims. Code medical procedures and diagnoses accurately. Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations as applicable. Verify insurance information and communicate with patients and insurance companies. Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on unpaid claims.
