Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, offering a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve a variety of administrative support tasks that contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our dealership. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed. Manage the scheduling of appointments. Assist with various administrative tasks including filing, data entry, reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Provide assistance with tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A personable and energetic demeanor. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
