Senior Accountant (Onsite) Jacksonville, FL (Near UNF) Leading Medical Manufacturing Company Full‑Time | Monday–Friday (Onsite) $90,000 – $95,000 base + bonus + profit sharing Make an Impact Beyond the Close Join a growing medical manufacturing company that is building a more strategic finance function, including expanding FP&A capabilities. Why This Role High exposure to CFO and senior leadership Opportunity to support a developing FP&A function Strong, team-first corporate culture Onsite environment built for collaboration and growth Key Responsibilities Financial Close & Reporting Lead portions of monthly, quarterly, and annual close Prepare/review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Analyze and investigate variances Multi-Entity Accounting Support multiple entities, including intercompany activity Ensure consistent accounting treatment Partner with operations on financial drivers Controls & Technical Accounting Maintain GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls Support audits and resolve control gaps Leadership & Process Improvement Mentor junior staff and review work Drive process improvements and standardization What You Bring Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance 3+ years public accounting or 6+ years industry experience Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge Multi-entity experience SAP experience Advanced Excel High attention to detail and critical thinking ability Preferred: CPA, Big 4 background, manufacturing experience, SAP (FICO/MM) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base + bonus Profit sharing included Full benefits package Work Environment 100% onsite (Mon–Fri) Collaborative team (~5 accountants) Led by a Big 4-trained Director of Accounting Central Jacksonville location Who Thrives Here Detail-oriented, technically strong accountants Professionals who like digging into data and improving processes Individuals seeking growth into FP&A or leadership Team players who value culture and collaboration Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
