Psychiatrist for AI Model Evaluation

Psychiatrists can apply their clinical expertise to contribute to AI research projects, evaluating AI model outputs and providing structured feedback based on their professional experience. This role allows you to influence the development of AI in the mental health field without requiring prior AI experience. Project opportunities are available year-round, opening periodically across various specialties. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated content related to mental health and provide feedback to enhance model accuracy.
Develop prompts for AI models that reflect real-world psychiatric practices.
Work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment, averaging 5-20 hours per week.
Contribute to the understanding of workplace tasks and language in the mental health sector.
Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in psychiatry or related fields.
Experience administering psychotherapeutic treatments and medications, while maintaining patient records.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design care plans and evaluate treatment outcomes.
Experience conducting diagnostic tests and providing expert testimony in legal contexts.
Willingness to engage in asynchronous work with leading AI labs.
Work Terms
This is a remote position with flexible hours and no minimum commitment required.
Project placements depend on availability; more projects will open periodically.
Compensation
Up to $200/hr (depending on the project).
Eligibility
F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for projects. Consult with your Designated School Official regarding your eligibility. Note that STEM OPT is not supported.
