Senior Engineering Manager (Java)

Nava’s Software Engineering Manager is responsible for the career growth of their direct reports, ensuring reports receive guidance, relevant feedback and are correctly compensated. As a manager at Nava, you are also a technical contributor as either an individual contributor or a technical lead.
