Licensed Veterinary Technician (Arlington)

Are you a Licensed Veterinary Technician with a passion for animal care? Arlington Veterinary Center , a stunning, state-of-the-art facility, is looking for a dedicated LVT to join our team. In this role, you'll combine hands-on clinical skills with mentorship and team support to ensure exceptional care for both pets and clients. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care : Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to animal patients.

Veterinarian Support : Collaborate with veterinarians, ensuring all procedures are executed efficiently and effectively.

Anesthesia Monitoring : Oversee anesthesia administration and monitoring during surgical procedures.

Training and Development : Engage in ongoing training to stay current with veterinary practices.

Schedule and Compensation:

Compensation :$21-24 per hour, for each hour worked

This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday and every other Saturday (8am-12pm).

Bonus Package: $2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Texas

CE Allowance : $500-$1,000 based on tenure and credentials

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set :

5+ years of veterinary technician experience

Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of Texas

Proficiency in the following skills:

Anesthetic induction, monitoring, and recovery

Dental prophylaxis and dental radiography

Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Effective teamwork and professional communication skills

Desire to train, mentor and lead with compassion and positivity
