Job Title: Production Worker (Assembly / Quality / Warehouse)
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time)

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to support day-to-day operations across assembly, quality control, and warehouse functions. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly:

• Perform basic and advanced product assembly following work instructions and safety guidelines
• Use hand tools, power tools, or small machinery as required
• Ensure assembled products meet specifications and production standards

Quality Control:

• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Perform in-process and final quality checks
• Document findings and report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to support quality standards

Warehouse:

• Assist with material handling, packaging, and order preparation
• Load/unload products and move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and label materials properly
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and keep work areas organized

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, assembly, warehouse, or quality control preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
