Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (ASM&O) is seeking a fellowship-trained Spine Surgeon to join its established, physician-led orthopedic practice in Abilene, Texas. Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics is an independent, physician-led practice committed to clinical excellence and long-term physician success. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $450,000 to $550,000, commensurate with experience and fellowship training, along with a two-year income guarantee and a transition to a productivity-based compensation model. Physicians have the opportunity to pursue partnership and ownership within the practice, including participation in ancillary revenue streams and other practice growth opportunities. A comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance are also available. Final compensation will be based on training, experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
