Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Some Weekends and Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Stepdown unit setting
• Perform IV starts and laboratory draws/sample collection
• Monitor and titrate critical drips as required by patient condition
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
• Document patient care activities accurately using facility systems
• Complete up to 8 hours of non-billable onboarding modules via HealthStream prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (or documented proof that licensure process is actively underway)
• Minimum one (1) year of recent Critical Care or ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Intermediate fetal monitoring (FM) skills
• Experience with IV starts and lab draws/sample collection
• Experience titrating critical drips

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Three (3) or more years of experience for Critical Care/PCU roles
