Our high-volume family owned automotive business is seeking a full-time Automotive Store Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals. The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met Work to create strong customer relationships to retain current cliental and build new business Create and manage staffs weekly schedule and ensure hours are kept in compliance Monitor daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales goals to have an understanding of where the store needs to be to reach its goal Keep a clean and safe work environment Provide onsite training to new hires Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed Three or more years of experience in a store manager or sales manager position in the automotive industry is necessary Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends Possess a valid NY State driver’s license Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Employee discounts Free uniforms Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Benefits/Perks Careers Advancement Opportunities Flexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr
