What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Services Team Lead , you'll balance client service responsibilities with leadership development while helping foster a collaborative, high-performing remote culture.

Client & Leadership Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Provide guidance regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Support and mentor newer team members

• Encourage collaboration and accountability within a remote team

• Utilize technology to improve communication and workflow efficiency

• Maintain accurate documentation and professional standards

• Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing development
