NCW Recruiting Rotational Program
\n \nNCW’s Recruiting Rotational Program (ROOT) offers a hands-on introduction to the construction and
\nindustrial staffing industry. Designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, this 12-month
\nrotational program provides real-world experience, professional development, and exposure to multiple
\nareas of the business.
\n \nWhy Join?

\n \nStructured Role Rotation
\nYou’ll rotate through multiple teams and verticals to gain a well-rounded view of full-cycle recruiting across
\nNCW’s business units. These assignments are thoughtfully structured to align with your growth and our
\ncompany’s evolving needs.
\n \nYour Work Will Have Purpose
\n● Work directly on live job orders – putting real people to work each day!
\n● Cold call and screen candidates
\n● Review resumes and manage job postings
\n● Complete a comprehensive training curriculum
\n● Track your progress and performance with regular check-ins and structured metrics

\nYou won’t be doing this alone. Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by:

\n● Development Director
\n● SRU Manager
\n● Executive Team Members
\n \nYour Career Path
\nAt the end of the 12-month journey, your growth and performance will be evaluated. Based on your
\nperformance, you’ll transition into a full-time revenue-generating position within NCW. You'll leave the
\nprogram with industry-specific expertise, confidence, and clarity on your next step.
