Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care in a variety of areas including general surgery, orthopedics, and more. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and management strategies.
• Provide emotional support and care to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
