Job Description

Machine Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour + 10% shift differential for 2nd shift

We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous machine operating experience, but experience is not required — training will be provided!

Positions May Include

Saw Operator
Forge Operator
Heat Treat Operator
Other production/machine operation duties as assigned

Pay

$16.00/hour starting pay for candidates with no experience
Experienced candidates may earn approximately $19.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience
2nd Shift receives an additional 10% hourly shift differential

Available Shifts

1st Shift

Monday–Thursday
5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Friday off unless overtime is required

2nd Shift

Monday–Thursday
3:15 PM–1:45 AM
Friday off unless overtime is required
Additional 10% shift differential

Requirements

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is a plus
Experience with saws, forging, or heat treat equipment is preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and be trained
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Must be available for occasional Friday overtime when needed
