Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active and current social work license (LCSW, MSW, or equivalent as required)
• Demonstrated experience as a school social worker or in youth/family-focused social work roles
• Familiarity with special education processes, IEPs, and federal/state laws governing school-based services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need
• Work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans
• Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and support groups as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate case records and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Serve as an advocate for students, connecting families to community resources and services
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for holistic student support
