Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Beaver Springs and surrounding communities. You'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. No professional caregiving experience? That's okay. If you're reliable, patient and enjoy helping others, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may: Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming Help with mobility and everyday activities Prepare meals Complete light housekeeping Provide companionship and conversation Assist with errands or appointments when needed Follow the individual's care plan Document the services you provide Why Caregivers Choose Independent Home Health Flexible scheduling One-on-one care in the client's home Full-time and part-time opportunities based on available cases $15-$17/hour Referral bonus opportunities Support from a local team Meaningful work helping people remain independent in their own homes What We're Looking For You must: Be 18 years of age or older Have a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation Be able to complete required background checks Be dependable, caring and patient Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.
