Remote Sales Associate

AO Globe Life is a company that works with all major members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across the US, providing them with their permanent benefits. We are seeking a Remote Sales Associate who will work closely with clients and team members to deliver excellent service while explaining permanent benefits available to them through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate values teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Provide clear explanations of permanent benefits to clients virtually via Zoom
• Maintain records and documentation to company standards
• Work with team members to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  

• Experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferred
• Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments

• Attention to detail and a high level of accountability
  

• Proficiency in the Zoom platform and strong communication skills: verbal and written
