• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement and adjust care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license and eligibility to practice
• Relevant experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in a 3x12-hour schedule
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical documentation skills
