At Claridge House Nursing and Rehab Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team of caregivers. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing vital support and assistance to our nursing personnel, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:

• Providing personal care, such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care, to residents daily and as needed

• Changing bed linens and maintaining grooming supplies in resident rooms on a regular basis

• Ambulating and transferring residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics

• Recording resident vital signs, weights, and measurements, as well as intake and output, food consumption, and other assigned information

• Routinely turning and positioning residents, as necessary

• Observing residents carefully and reporting changes in condition to the Nurse

To be eligible for this position, you must have an Active/Clear, CNA Certification/License from the state. Additionally, you must have:

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state

• Current/active CPR certification

• Physical Examination, PPD or Chest X-ray.

• Proof of citizenship, Social Security, and drivers' license or ID

• Must have all paperwork completed before starting and an AHCA Level II Background completed
