Job Description: The Office Associate supports the daily operations of the Campus Recreation & Wellness office by serving as the primary point of contact for customers and visitors. This role ensures a positive customer experience through effective communication, accurate transactions, and efficient scheduling of services. Additionally, the position provides essential administrative support to maintain smooth and organized office functions. Primary Duties Include: Provide front desk and reception support for the Campus Recreation & Wellness office by answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and assisting with general inquiries about programs and services. Direct patrons to appropriate staff members as needed. Process sales for memberships, guest passes, lockers, personal training packages, massage services, and other program offerings. Accurately handle cash transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and complete end-of-shift reconciliations. Schedule and manage massage appointments, ensuring accurate booking and clear communication with clients and staff. Support the Coordinator of Business Services with clerical and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient daily operations of the office.
