RN Critical Care Float

Alaska Regional Hospital seeks an experienced RN Critical Care Float to provide expert bedside care across ICU and other high-acuity units. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care for complex patients, manage vents and critical drips, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support patient and family education, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards.
