Looking for entry level and senior level experience./ppSchedule: Rotating 2 weeks on day shift 2 weeks on night shift. Hours: 7am- 7pm and 7pm-7am Employees can be on any of these shift schedules, candidates need to be comfortable with all:/pp1. 108 hours per pay period: 1 week- Mon-Fri 2-week Mon- Thurs = 108 hours -- Repeat - Weekends off/pp2. 96 hours per pay period: 2 days on- 2 days off- 3 days on- 2 days off- 3 days on- 2 days off-- Repeat (Every other weekend off every 4 weeks) = 96 hours per pay period/ppFlexSteel ( is an innovation-driven flexible pipe technology company. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our flexible pipes./ppEssential Functions and Responsibilities:/pulliCommitted to Safety by performing all required tasks in accordance with established Company Policies, Procedures, and Safe Work Practices./liliSet up and operate machinery used in the manufacturing of flexible pipes./liliPerform mechanical assembly operations as part of the equipment setup process./liliConduct basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance./liliMaintain a clean and organized work environment./liliCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards./liliCompletes required documentation records, as required, in accordance with procedures./liliDocument and report any issues or discrepancies in the equipment set up, production, quality, maintenance, and any other issues encountered./li/ulpSupervisory Responsibilities:/pulliNone/li/ulpEducation, Experience and Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred./lili0-5 years of relevant experience or related field./liliCandidates must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English./liliProven experience in mechanical assembly and equipment operation./liliWelding and NTD experience preferred./liliStrong understanding of mechanical systems and assembly techniques./liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals./liliExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliStrong communication skills./liliKnowledge of mechanics, metal forming, and/or extrusion equipment and processes is preferred./li/ulpThis position may require:/pulliPre-employment drug screening/liliBackground checks/liliMedical examinations/liliSafety certifications/liliValid drivers license/liliAbility to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)/liliWorking in various weather conditions/liliTravel to remote locations/li/ulpCactus Companies maintains a drug-free workplace and participates in E-Verify./ppPhysical Demands:/pulliField, Branch, Shop, Plant Positions: This position operates in an industrial/field environment.
