In this senior role, you will play a key part in the development of Advanced Processing systems and subsystems, supporting all aspects of hardware development from requirements derivation through product integration. You’ll lead efforts to ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work, ensuring that project deliverables meet cost and schedule commitments. You will also utilize Digital Transformation practices, including model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile development, to define product capabilities and drive innovation. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting overall organizational process compliance, including management of the Hardware Development Process Implementation. • Leading product development activities and providing technical guidance. • Coordination of card and unit level design, development, integration, test, and debug including hardware, software, and firmware components. • Ensuring the technical integrity and completeness of deliverables. • Managing customer interfaces and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. • Leveraging Digital Transformation tools to enhance development processes.
